355 2005 Red Chateau Sainte Marguerite - Cru Classe - Cuvee Prestige - Vignoble Fayard - This wine is made from Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault grapes. It is dark ruby in colour and is harvested entirely by hand. It has rich aromas of red fruits with a full body and a devastating finale. LIMITED QUANTITIES 16.00 96.00

357 2005 Red Chateau Sainte Marguerite - Cru Classe - Cuvee Symphonie Pourpre - This wine is made from Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and has a nice ruby colour with red fruits and kirsch aromas. Medium to full bodied, slightly oaked. Drink it now or it can be laid down. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUT LIMITED QUANTITIES. 16.00 96.00
358 2005 White Chateau Sainte Marguerite - Cru Classe - Cuvee Symphonie d'Or - Vignoble Fayard - This is a superb clean, white wine made of Rolle and Ugni Blanc of 1901 and Semillon grapes which give it a very citrus nose. On the palate it is delicate and slightly honeyed. The finale is long. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUT LIMITED QUANTITIES 16.00 96.00
359 2004 Red Chateau Hermitage Saint-Martin - This is a very small production of wine. It is ORGANIC and made from Mourvedre and Grenache grapes with a nose of ripe fruits and cacao. Very rich on the palate with a full structure and a long finale. This wine is ready to drink or is one for the cellar for many years. Can only get better and better. 531 2004 Red Chateau de Peyrassol - Cuvee Marie-Estelle - Brilliant ruby red colour with red/black berry bouquet. Notes of vanilla, coffee, mocha and pimento. Velvety tannins - always subtle. On the palate it is hearty, refreshing, delicate, elegant and subtle. Round in the mouth with a long finish that will surprise you. Best served with fish dishes and meat pate. 533 2005 White Chateau de Peyrassol - Cuvee Marie-Estelle - Pleasant crystal blush with a greenish-yellow shade. Scents of citrus fruits and fennel. Refreshing, delicate and elegant in taste with a lingering roundness and fruitiness. Best as an aperitif or served with fish dishes.
