Amis du Vin - Terms & Conditions of Trading

Amis du Vin sells and delivers wines  to all of  Mainland UK.
Our terms and conditions of sale are as follows:

Orders
The minimum order acceptable is 12 bottles (one case). The order may be split into six bottles of two different wines, if preferred and if available. To order please print off and complete the "Wine Order Form" by clicking on to "How to Order" in the titles or at the bottom of the wine list page. This should then be faxed to us on our encrypted secure number 0208-393-3345. Please ensure that you show clearly the relevant code number, full name and quantity of the wine required. All prices shown are inclusive of Duty and Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate of 17.5%.

Delivery
Delivery will be no later than 21 days from the date your order is received by us. Arrangements will be made with you for delivery at a time convenient to you. Orders over £100 will be delivered on the UK Mainland free of charge.  Orders under £100 will incur a delivery charge of £10.  Please indicate clearly on the "Wine Order Form" the address to which delivery is required.

Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or Switch. Credit/debit cards will not be charged until the order is ready for dispatch. Print off the "Wine Order Form" by clicking on to "How to Order" in the titles or at the bottom of the wine list page, fax to us on our encrypted secure fax number 0208-393-3345. The order must show the following :
Your full name and address
Your home telephone number and other daytime contact number
Your full credit card/debit card number
The name of your credit/debit card
The commencing date of the credit card/debit card
The expiry date of the credit card/debit card and issue number if appropriate 

Breakages
Any breakages must be notified to us by fax (0208-393-3345) within TWO DAYS of delivery being made to you at which time we shall arrange for those damaged items to be replaced at no cost to you as soon as can be reasonably arranged.

Please Note
All wines offered are subject to availability, and where wines are not available, an alternative will be offered to you. Descriptions and details of all wines offered are outside of our control and we are unable to guarantee that the contents of any bottle actually matches the description provided to us by the growers/winemakers/estates. All wines offered are only available to persons aged 18 years and over. All goods remain the property of Amis du Vin until payment is received in full.
